What materials do we use?
The majority of our pieces are made out of acrylic which is a high grade plastic. The majority of the
chains we use are 14k GOLD PLATED (not real gold), unless stated otherwise in item description. Every item
is handmade by Honey B Gold in certain ocassions an item may incur a slight change in materials, we make
sure the change is as unnoticable as possible. This is common with chain links + gold button earrings.
Why does it take 1-4 weeks to receive my items?
Every item by Honey B Gold is handmade to order in house. We ask our customers to give us up to 4 weeks
to receive their items depending on current order volume.
Can I expedite my shipping?
If you are in urgent need of items, please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with a summary of the items
you would like to purchase, what country they're shipping to, and your time frame, we will let you know if we can make these
arrangements. If you have already placed your order, please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with your Receipt ID
or Transaction ID and the aforementioned information.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship to all countries via USPS First Class international mail.
How can I check on my order status?
Unfortunately our system isn't setup for automatic updates, however you can
email Info@HoneyBGold.com with your Receipt ID or Transaction ID and we'd be happy to
give you an update with estimated delivery times.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. You are more than welcomed to exchange any item 7 days after delivery
date of your order. Please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with your Receipt ID for directions on how to return
My item has arrived damaged or broken, what can I do?
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they
are in the hands of any mail carrier. We try our best to package items safely and securely to avoid damages, however if your items have arrived
damaged please email Info@HoneyBGold.com with your Receipt ID and if possible an image of the broken item (so
we can better assess what the best option would be) Please email us to add Insurance or Signature Delivery to your
package at an additional cost.
My tracking information states my package was delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?
Honey B Gold IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once they have been handed over to any mail carriers. Package insurance is available upon request (Please
email us with your order number after purchase for quotes). We do recommend you contact your local post office to report the issue if you are to incur this situation.
Why is my tracking number not not working?
Once an item is ready to ship, we package it up and generate a shipping label via PayPal. Once that label is generated
PayPal automatically triggers an email to the customer with tracking information. We then schedule a carrier pick up via USPS, since
most times we are shipping 100+ packages at a time. Receiving a pick up date can take anywhere from 4-12 days. During that time period
your tracking information has not been registered, and shows no progress. Once your items have been picked up by USPS they will
scan them in their system and your tracking will go live.
